• Heavenly Ski Resort – Make sure to take the Gondola up!

• Camp Richardson – Walking trails and have a cute restaurant (also home to the famous rum runners)

• Fallen Leaf Lake – Pretty to walk around and located next to Camp Richardson

• Emerald Bay State Park – Beautiful drive and great views! 

• Hope Valley – Easy walking along the river, also has more challenging hikes

• Echo Lake – Can take a boat across and hike back, or you can go all the way to Lake Aloha
