The recently renovated Coachman Hotel, a new motel experience that embraces modern style and convenience while celebrating escapes to nature. Within a few blocks of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Mountain Resort, the Hotel is both a retreat and gateway to the great outdoors. Guests can cool off in the pool in the summer, relax in the hot-tub after a day in the sun, have a great cup of coffee in the morning, and gather for beers and shared stories around the fire pit after a day out in the wild.

TO AND FROM WEEKEND EVENTS

Valet Parking will be available to guests at Edgewood Resort. Please note that Edgewood charges a $50 nightly rate, should you wish to leave your car overnight. Additionally, Uber/Lyft is available, but is more limited at times. Please keep in mind that it can get a bit congested with guests arriving directly before the ceremony. Give yourselves enough time to park and get to the pick-up location (Golf House Roundabout) to be transferred out to the 17th green for our wedding reception. Shuttles will be picking up from the Golf House Roundabout and transporting guests to the ceremony & reception out on the 17th green. Shuttles will return guests back to the Golf House Roundabout at the end of the evening.

Head East
Use the middle 3 lanes to turn slightly right toward E Plumb Ln
Continue onto E Plumb Ln
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto the U.S. 395 S/Interstate 580 S ramp to Carson City
Merge onto I-580 S/US-395 S
Follow US-50 W/Hwy 50 to Golf Course Entrance Rd in Stateline
Continue onto US-50 W/Hwy 50

SOUTH TAHOE AIRPORTER

South Tahoe Airporter provides daily service to and from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport to Bally’s Resort. Bally’s is directly across the street from Edgewood, and a few blocks away from Basecamp, so this is a great option for getting to the wedding weekend neighborhood without having to rent a car or take an Uber.
