If you have already reserved your stay at Edgewood for the wedding, or if you reserved online, you can also call in and retroactively have the rate applied to your final bill. Please let us know if you have any questions!

The recently renovated Coachman Hotel, a new motel experience that embraces modern style and convenience while celebrating escapes to nature. Within a few blocks of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Mountain Resort, the Hotel is both a retreat and gateway to the great outdoors. Guests can cool off in the pool in the summer, relax in the hot-tub after a day in the sun, have a great cup of coffee in the morning, and gather for beers and shared stories around the fire pit after a day out in the wild.

TO AND FROM WEEKEND EVENTS

Transportation will be provided for all wedding guests to and from the hotels to the Welcome Party on Friday, September 13th and for the wedding on Saturday, September 14th. Should you choose to drive yourself to the Welcome Party, there is plenty of free parking at the venue (Edgewood Resort). Should you choose to drive yourself to the Wedding, there is complimentary valet service at the venue (Edgewood Resort). We will coordinate everyone’s travel from the hotels listed above (Resort at Edgewood, Basecamp Hotel, The Coachman & Bally’s). We want everyone to enjoy themselves and be safe!

Head East
Use the middle 3 lanes to turn slightly right toward E Plumb Ln

SOUTH TAHOE AIRPORTER

South Tahoe Airporter provides daily service to and from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport to Bally’s Resort. Bally’s is directly across the street from Edgewood, and a few blocks away from Basecamp, so this is a great option for getting to the wedding weekend neighborhood without having to rent a car or take an Uber.
